My best friend met me for dinner after work today, and she wanted to go to Chipotle. I know that calories can add up fast at places like that, so we split a burrito which worked out great. I love splitting meals whenever possible, because it's normally just the right amount of food.
Breakfast:

Everything bagel with reduced fat cream cheese 430
Lunch:
Bowl lemon chicken orzo soup 160
Half Thai chopped chicken salad 200
Dinner:
Half chicken burrito from Chipotle and some chips 500
Total:
