I finally lost the 7 pounds that I originally lost (plus another half a pound)! It took me a much longer time to lose it this time, and I think that is because I haven't been getting enough sleep. When I am tired I do not make good decisions. Today is fathers day, so I brought my dad home a whole cinnamon crumb cake from work. I shouldn't have had a whole slice of it for dessert, but I did. Hopefully slicing off some carbs at dinner time helped to redeem me somewhat.
Lunch:
Half chicken Caesar salad 250
Half chipotle panini 420
Dinner:
Hotdog with half a bun
Hamburger with no bun and some tomatoes, onion and cheese 500?
Dessert:
Slice of cinnamon crumb cake 420
